OMJ Jazz & Etno: Emmi Kuittinen Wed 11.11.2026 19:00 Mallassauna Pikisaarentie 15, 90100 Oulu Duration approx. 1,5 h (including intermission) Emmi Kuittinen is a singer, folk musician and doctoral researcher at the Sibelius Academy, Uniarts Helsinki and Controversial Folklore -project funded by Kone Foundation. She specializes in the Karelian and Ingrian singing styles and laments. In her artistic research she studies sorrow in the context of folk singing.
