The Rose Hips is the LA-based indie rock duo of vocalist Dane Schumacher and guitarist Michael Gryffin, lifelong friends who grew up together in Palo Alto, California before making their way to Los Angeles in their mid-20s to pursue music.After years navigating the LA scene, the two bonded over a shared love of classic rock, folk, and modern pop a blend that now defines their sound: rich harmonies, timeless songwriting, and a modern alternative edge, all written, sung, and produced entirely by the two of them.
