And his songs were covered by some of the all-time greats, such as Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones, Bing Crosby and many more! With over 1000 songs penned, 92 albums, 60 films and TV movies -- he was also an actor -- his career spanned some 80 years! Ghassan Yammine is a musician, author, composer, performer and holds deep admiration for Charles Aznavour. He was fortunate enough to meet him on many occasions, with both men getting along tremendously and sharing many stories together. Ghassan's performance of Aznavour is sensitive, respectful and authentic. His voice has a quality very close to that of Aznavour, whose works he performs while still maintaining his own identity.
