    Oslo domkirke

Hanne Kuhlmann (Copenhagen Cathedral), organ. Works by Schmidt, Bach, Preston, Scheidemann, Krebs and Messiaen. Dear friends of organ music, Welcome to Oslo Cathedral and this year's summer concert series! Over the course of 15 Saturdays from July to October, we invite you to festive and diverse concerts featuring organists from both Norway and abroad. Konradsen - 10 years!

    Kulturkirken Jakob

10TH ANNIVERSARY CONCERT: KONRADSEN!! The duo Konradsen is celebrating 10 years and invites you to a very special anniversary concert at Kulturkirken Jakob -- the exact venue where they held their very first release concert! On this evening, they are stripping things back and sharing the stage with good friends made along the way. Since 2019, Jenny Marie Sabel and Eirik Vildgren have carved out a unique place in the Norwegian indie scene with their distinctive, intricate, and critically acclaimed sound. This concert also marks the release of their third album, Hunt, Gather -- a personal and introspective record about the life spent chasing goals for years, and the longing for something more. The release was celebrated with a truly unique, sold-out concert experience at MUNCH in Oslo on April 10th. Now, they are coming to Kulturkirken Jakob! Konradsen's music shifts between the romantic, playful, and deeply emotional, blending subtle glimpses of reality---like audio clips from old family videos and chats with friends---with synths, piano, and a nuanced musical landscape. The result is a complex soundscape that feels both weightless and intimate all at once. The album Hunt, Gather was produced by Hans Olav Settem and Marit Othilie Thorvik (Beharie, Ea Othilde, Jouska) in collaboration with the duo themselves. A major part of the music was also co-written with Erlend Vesteraas and Ivar Myrset Asheim, both of whom are key contributors to the project. Come celebrate 10 years of Konradsen and experience a concert that moves seamlessly between the deeply intimate and the grand!
