Following the huge success of the 50th anniversary tour of Tubular Bells, The Best of Tubular Bells I, II & III comes to Europe in autumn 2026. The programme features a complete performance of Tubular Bells I, complemented by highlights from Tubular Bells II and III, as well as the global hit Moonlight Shadow. It is an immersive journey through three decades of musical history, filled with iconic themes and impressive musical variations. Musical direction is by Robin A. Smith, a Grammy-nominated conductor and close collaborator of Mike Oldfield for over 30 years. Together with an extensive live ensemble, he brings the magic of Tubular Bells back to life --- from the revolutionary sounds of 1973 to the more modern influences of the 1990s. This unique concert celebrates the genius of Mike Oldfield and is performed under the direction of Robin Smith. Mike Oldfield himself is not involved in this tour.
