Move at The Shed with The Class

Headlining this year's Move at The Shed, The Class will bring its music driven somatic practice to Chicago. Blending movement, breath, sound, and meditation, The Class invites students to deepen their relationship with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and move through life with greater ease and presence. The Class will be led by Christina Berkley. Inspired by a lifelong connection to creativity and wellness, Christina weaves together grace, rhythm, and music to create an experience that is both uplifting and deeply grounding, inviting every student to meet themselves exactly where they are.
