STRAIGHT FROM NEW YORK TO TORONTO! Crust, the acclaimed work by Israeli choreographer Lior Tavori, comes to Toronto following its New York presentation as a headliner of the Fall for Dance Festival. Blending powerful physicality, emotion, and precision, Crust explores the complex boundaries between the personal and the political, strength and vulnerability, and reflects on the realities of our time. Created in 2024 as a co-production of the Suzanne Dellal Centre and MART Foundation, Crust premiered as the closing work of Tel Aviv Dance Festival. About Lior Tavori: Based in Tel Aviv, internationally acclaimed choreographer Lior Tavori is known for his distinctive blend of raw physicality, innovation, emotion, and technical precision. His work has been presented by leading dance companies and on stages across Europe, Asia, North and South America.
